LG Eve - Locked Out

Hey,

My friend accidently locked me out of my phone by forgetting the pattern too many times on a lock application. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried looking about how to hard reset but haven't found a solution. I don't want to have to send it in. Any help is appreciated.

when my gf did this, I just had to wait 30 seconds and I could try again. also i have heard that you should get the option to log in with your google account.

If you do it a few more times after the 30 second timeout, it prompts you to add your google account. But the problem is no accounts will work. I've tried my account several times. I contacted LG and apparently this is a problem they are still trying to fix. I'm sending it in tonight.
