Root [AT&T] lg g2 unlock code on custom rom

hi guys im new to the forum. i have a lg g2 d800 model and i'm rooted and on cloudypro II 2.3 and i need to unlock my phone. I ordered the unlock code from cellunlocker. When i enter the tmobile sim it doesnt prompt me to put the sim code in and when i do it manually it doesnt go to the screen. how can i enter the code in. any help will be appreciated thanks you in advance.
