    What your going to read is about the dumb MetroPCS employees who ruined my day and I am so freakin' angry!!!!

    Well look , my bill is due and time to pay my new $60 average , I go to the store and find out my bill is somehow a whopping $135 , I ask why , they said that it is because I used many apps , Like google play , Now the idiits don't understand you don't need service for GP , saying free apps might actually be costed on your bill , never happened , But look , When samsung admire broke , they said it had water damage , it never did , When LG connect broke , they said free in store replacement not possible since I put my *bloat of apps* on the device , now another random theme with metroPCS , I need service for work and etc but metro is always there to stop me somehow , After like 1 hour of talking , He removed a bunch of extra dump that he said *put by the phone* and a lady saying all aps on a phone cost money , even the calender , if I knew that , Going to the Nokia Lumia 710 , what pissed me is I still have to pay $101 and I won't pay that , if that's my bill ever monthly , back to verizon or sprint , Look those peopke are idiots and do not know nothing , just what some lady says who clearly is iOS by the way she uses my phone as she said *where is the slide to unlock* she opened a app and said *you'd did use this* she was talking about pocket express ' never touched it, some websites or apps grab the email from your phone and automaticly know , she said that I had a account with no proof , This is what happens when metropcs wants money , they lie or hire stupid people who know nothing about the phones that they sell
    One of them said last time I went *The htc wildfire is the fastest droid here , trying to sell me the piece of dog poop ,

    How can I put this phone on a different carrier ?
    Prefer even boost mobile , so mad .....

    I would ask for the manager and then call metro customer support asking why your bill is so high, those guys are idiots....

    the people in the stores and phone line are idiots you need to call and go to a corporate store and have them give you a list of what they are charging you for also file a complaint with the bbb

    i think they goofed when they said "like google play". obviously someones been using something like the metro store or whatever because your bill doesnt just jump 80 dollars strickly by error most of the time. and also itd not even like they would legally know the apps you download from google, so it must of been one of their things purchased from their app, or some service that got added to the bill.

    keep your cool tho bro its nothing to get overly upset about. i can tell you everytime i lost my temper no matter what i always feel bad about it later, even if it was just shared words. not worth it.

    I hope I dont have to deal with this issue. It would make a lot of people leave Metro, for sure. Metro:vroam:Somewhere else.

    and also its very quite possible they were just some scrubs trying to scam someone for some extra 50 pocket/weed money, youd be suprised what some people think they can get away with/have gotten away with. i wouldnt put all of metro pcs in a bad way, its and the shit they have to hire, its the same with a lot of corps like that. try to blow up so big and stay ultimatly cheep you have to hire what ever walks through the door with out really knowing whats up. that goes especially bad the worser the area you happen to have your metro store in. its just a job to the people in the stores, just their for the set amount of time specifically for money. anyone who comes into shop is considered dumb as rocks.

    OP I work at a Authorized Dealer in Salisbury, so either call me at the store or come up and Ill look at your bill. Check for the number at Metros website. I dont have the access they have but might be able to make heads or tails of what it says.

    Wow !!!!! Thats the first i heard of that, they are just trying to pocket the money,wat you need to do is get the names down who told you that and the store number and call the main corp. in texas. 1 800-373-2876

    Sounds like a Shady store to me n not the norm. Not that I am a big Metro fan to begin with, but that was all just ******ed & stupid. I'd call a corp store or the 1-800 and report it. Sounds like some bad business practices in that store, along with iggit employees.

    Do you have your account set up for online access? If you log in and look at your bill, what does it say you owe?

    Why on earth would you keep going back to this store? Is it the only one in your area? I'm in Southern California and Metro has stores everywhere. Some stores are run by people who know nothing. My current favorite Metro place is run by someone who really knows his stuff. I recommend finding a new MetroPCS store if you can.

    i've never had an issue with metro but this is why i do everything in my power to NEVER go to a MetroPCS storefront. you can do everything online including talk to a customer service rep.

    $%#& these scumbags that work at these stores.

    Honestly this is Metro's biggest downfall. Most store workers are complete idiots or trash and have no idea what they're talking about or just don't care and their phone support, when not talking to someone in India, are exactly the same. There is absolutely no professionalism whatsoever and they just don't care and unless you file a complaint with the BBB no one gives a damn whatsoever.
