Pull battery and hold power button 30 sec.
Plug into charger. Aftet 5 min. reinsert battery and cover and finish charging.

Not sure if this is related or not. But I purchased a extended battery and cover for this phone. When installing it it just got stuck in LG boot loop so I thought it was the battery, so I sent it back. I received the second one today and its doing the same thing. Anyone have an idea why its doing this?

thank you

Might need to charge it up first. Sounds like there is no juice in the battery.
With battery out hold power button down for 30 sec., plug phone into charger. Wait 5 min. then re-insert battery and cover.

Ok great ill give that trick a try...if iy doesn't work should I just plug it normally and just let it loop till it sorts itself out?

Thank you:)

I did what you suggested Andy, soon as I put the battery in, it started flashing again, I tried holding down the power button to turn it off/stop the flashing....nothing still flashing

If I remember what my Sprint person did for this:

With power off, press & hold the Power, Home and Vol Down buttons. Then a boot menu appears. Choose something like normal boot or restart. I’m hoping someone else will pipe in to either agree or chastise.
