light leakage from charging and hdmi out ports?

I have some light leakage from the ports on the bottom of the phone. It only happens when the capacitive buttons are lit. The screen seems solid, not separating from case. Will this eventually lead to dust under the screen or not an issue to worry about?

my light leakage is from the gap 'tween the case and the glass at the bottom. I wouldn't stress too much. It is an indication of poor QC @ HTC but for the price heck I have a laptop in my pocket ;>
