Help Line appeared on screen

My s3 has been back from the samsung repair shop for just over a week (they replaced the insane chip) and it has developed another fault

A white line has appeared across the screen yesterday. Hasn't been dropped, scratched etc. When I take a screenshot the line doesn't show up. As soon as you turn the fone on it's there. I'm pretty p*ssed off. I was sooo pleased when they replaced the chip last week. Now it's going to have to go off to them again. Has this happened to anyone else ? The phone is a year old.

Bet they damaged your display in repair it must be physical or it would show in a screenshot. Bad luck pal :banghead:
P.s, tell them its been like that since u got it back

Yeah, pretty sure there's something wrong with the display itself. Send it back and say it was like this as soon as you turned it on after you got the phone back.

But ive had it back about a week, will they try to wriggle out of it? I know its definitely nothing ive done. And no one else has been using it.

Thats why we're tellin you to say its been like that since they returned it. You were on holiday for the past week and youve only just turned it on
Its samsungs fault it had the "insane" chip in the first place so your conscience should be clear :thumbup:

Well its back from Samsung. With no annoying white line across the screen Just hope its ok now. Been using my cousins nokia lumia, what a bloody awful phone lol
