Root Linpack score on stock Ally

    Before applying the Turbo4 ROM, I ran Linpack to get a base number so I can compare it with the number I get after I apply Turbo4. I got a 4.188. The phone is rooted with many of the stock apps removed running the Zeam Launcher, but no other custom ROMS.

    Is that a pretty good number to start with? It was higher than I was expecting because most linpack scores i've read about are in the 3's.

    If you rerun it, it may go up a little. I've run it on Velocity V.2 and got up to 4.2 but averaged mid-3's. Then I added the JIT upgrade, and average over 6 each time.

    i have the jit oc and run 8.0-8.4 all the time.. my best was 8.8 I've been running 769/245 for about a month now,... kind of bored with the ally now.. so i ordered the incredible

    The stock Ally averages 4.0mflops, JIT averages 6.5mflops, OC'd + JIT is about 8.6mflops. Note: Ally runs the 2.1 version of JIT, this is not what comes with Froyo, once the Ally gets Froyo those mflops will go even higher.
