loading launcher problem, nothing happens

So I've been trying to play pokemon go, and it gets started up to sign in, once I sign in it changes my screen to my background with a circle symbol and says loading laucher but then after a minute it´ll disappear and nothing pops up. Any idea what I can do to fix this ? My phone isn't rooted, and I would like to keep it that way yet if possible. I read some things online that tell you to disable certain firewalls but when I look into my settings and applications I never see the same programs they are talking about. My phone is an Alcatel one touch pop d3 evolve. Its brand new, less then two weeks old. Any idea what program I would have to disable to get pokemon go to work ?
