Granddaughter forgot password pattern on tablet purchased and set up for her by her Aunt. It states "too many pattern attempts, enter username/email and password", which we did. It still did not let us in.
We contacted Google Recovery on the internet and received a verification code, entered a new password (on the computer, not the Proscan), and it will not let us in.
Tried to factory reset by holding down the the reset button with a paperclip for 30 seconds while the tablet was on, while the tablet was off and while holding the power button. None of these things let us in. It continually goes to the screen asking for email and password due to too many pattern attempts.
How can we make this useable again for my Granddaughter? Thank you.
