Help Lockscreen customization

Hi all!

I have Android 3.2.5, and the lockscreen now has 4 icons; Mail and Messaging go to unused apps since I have replacement ones.

How can I tell the phone to instead use my replacement apps?

I think it is one of the personalisation menu (sorry... not sure, as I don't use HTC's Sense)... gimme a min and I'll have a look to see if I can find more info for you!

Settings -> Personalize -> Lock screen

Then swipe left/right to select which lock screen you want to use (I like "Weather"), and then pressing "Settings" allows you to choose the four lock screen shortcuts that will be shown.

Oh, oh, another lockscreen question: Can the time before a locked screen defaults back to black be altered? It currently last about 10-15 seconds.
