As of 7am CST on 4/27, I am currently downloading a large software update, around 1GB.

Finally, Note 4 phones on T-mobile are being updated

I've downloaded the update 2 times already..once on WiFi and once on 4glte and both times when it restarts it shows a small T mobile logo and then says update failed... then it boots backs up and sends a error log update to samsung and that's it....GREAT..

Had to install it using the kies software by PC

Going on 24 hrs. since install. So far, smooth as silk! ...I probably just jinxed it with this post.

Maybe it was best for tmobile to take its time. Hopefully most bugs were fixed

I thought I would miss Xposed, but these apps make the switch to lollipop even better than I imagined. Must be rooted though...

Almost forgot... One more essential app for rooted GN4 users on Lollipop: SELinuxModeChanger. Not available on the Play store, but a simple Google search will help you locate the most recent apk. Although I have no complaints, do your research to make sure you are comfortable with it.

As you can see - it is a very simple app with one function.
