looking for an android device with line-in jack microphone

Dear all,

I am looking for an android device (tablet, smartphone, whatever...) where I could use an external microphone to make some real time signal processing (basically, I am not sure but I think I am looking for a 4-segments jack plug).

I first looked at the android tablets, but it seems that they cannot record sound from the jack. Do you know any tablet that could fit my needs ?

What about the phones ?

I've always wanted this, but I doubt anyone will do it. if they do it won't be like normal tablets and phones and will cost more than your house
