i'd like to have an e-wallet type program that i can hold credit card numbers, passwords, and misc notes. being able to sync daily OTA with an online website would be great as well.

This seems like a very high security risk. I'll bet there are quite some people scanning the airwaves for credit card numbers etc.

I use Keepass on my PC, KeePassDroid on my phone, and sync the two with Dropbox. Very easy to do - just save the .kbdx file in the Dropbox folder on your PC and sync it to your phone with the Dropbox app before opening it with KeePassDroid. All free.

Keeper is another good one as well. It syncs to your PC for backups, and the app itself is password protected and the information encrypted, so even if your phone were ever lost or stolen, your important info isn't just out there for anyone to see.
