Looking for an unlocked GSM phone

I am going to be temporarily relocating to Israel in a few months, and I am looking for a phone that I can pick up here in the states and then just pop in an Israeli sim when I get over there. I've been looking around online for one that fits my needs, but all the phones that are in my price range (max is $200) are running Android 1.6 or worse. I don't need something super powerful. I currently have an Lg Optimus V, so I'd probably be happiest with something similar to that.

So, if anyone could help me out by suggesting a phone for me, that would be awesome! To sum up, what I'm looking for is a phone that is:

• Unlocked
• GSM
• At least Android 2.2
• $200 or less

This is in the same class of the LG Optimus series. It is a Samsung.

Hmmm that looks like pretty much what I'm looking for. I'm also looking into the LG Optimus One.
