Looking for partner with design/marketing skills

I have gotten my hands dirty and created my first few apps. I would now like to partner with someone to create a masterpiece. Hopefully someone with a great idea and design/graphics and marketing skills but maybe your programming skills aren't as strong. I'm in Florida, USA but would work with the right person from any location. I am not really interested in creating games, just apps.
