Looking for some good meditation apps

    Does anyone know of any good meditation apps, free or paid does not matter.

    There are a lot of meditation apps but none that I would recommend (I have played with most of them). I just ripped a few of my mediation (mainly guided imagery) CDs to my phones SD card as MP3s and just play them through the stock music program. There are a few 3rd party apps that allow me to set a timer and shut of the music after a set period of time.

    I agree...the few I've seen are no better than some CDs available. I do enjoy "Zen Timer" (free) as a timing device though.

    would you happen to just have some general recommendations for meditation cd's then.
    Names and maybe where to buy.

    I think it can be done without any apps. some of my friends called some cd's and some other things but really not helpful so i think we have to do it without apps.

    It is a first release and at the beta testing stage but hopefully still usable and useful.
