Looking to buy a 7 inch... Need advices

I'm looking to buy a 7 inch android tablet for a gift to a brother in law. Myself I have a Le Pan II and my husband as 7 inch nextbook.

I would like to pay no more than 200 $.

Could you tell me wich one you would buy and why?

I just ordered 2 of the Nexus 7's. An 8GB and a 16GB. 7" for under $200 I don't think you'll find a better deal plus you will get a $25 credit to the Play store so if your brother in law is new to Android he can get off the ground with a few apps.

I believe it is available in Canada, but am not 100% positive.

The 16GB is 259 $. Sounds very interesting but a bit more than I want to pay.

Will keep this in mind though. Perharps the 8GB at 200 $.

Any other suggestions? Please, pretty please?
