Lookout on the HTC Desire?

Looks pretty standard stuff to me - what's the issue? They offer a back up service, of course it's going to contain personally identifiable information. What's the story here? Google already knows where I am and what I look for. Can't see Lookout doing much more.

"Lookout does not share your personally identifiable information or personally identifiable location-information with other, third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your express consent or unless you have opted-in to be part of a specific program or feature in accordance with the applicable Lookout Services consent procedures."
