Lookout on the HTC Desire?

Lookout just got reviewed on the BBC "Click" programme. Looks great - anyone got it running on the Desire?

In the app reviews in the Market there seem to have been some problems for the Desire.

Was reading through the reviews found this one that is disturbing.

Nice app, great idea, but READ THEIR PRIVACY STATEMENT. They can basically do whatever they want with the info they collect from your phone, I guess that’s how they can offer this service for free. At least they are honest about it.

Looks pretty standard stuff to me - what's the issue? They offer a back up service, of course it's going to contain personally identifiable information. What's the story here? Google already knows where I am and what I look for. Can't see Lookout doing much more.
