Help Loose Back Plate

I've had my Incredible for about a month now and lately ive noticed when i click the track pad to take a picture, the back plate (battery cover) creaks and is very flimsy. I tried applying pressure to see if it just simply needed snapped into place, but i dont want to break anything important. I placed a peice of cardstock between the battery and the back plate as a "shim", but that didnt work either.

Its not a major problem but it gets anoying after awhile. Any Ideas?

major downfall of this phone and drives me nuts, ive heard the 1500mah battery fixes the creaking, i as well have a small piece of cardboard between as well

hmmm can't chime in here, 2150 with new back door and I have not had any issues.
