Help Losing sound during calls

Anyone losing sound during calls. Mainly losing the other party, however it happening more often where neither of us can hear each other. Call has to be terminated

Got in touch with Cat support, and they replied within 3mins. I've done as they asked and reset the phone. We'll see what happens next

Also experiencing this, specifically on calls made using handsfree car kits over Bluetooth. Has anyone else experienced this at all? Have performed a clearing of the Bluetooth Share cache to see if it resolves the problem but no joy. I have seen a another thread mention a factory reset of the handset as a way to solve the problem. Please help

I was not able to hear the other party when making or taking calls. Just saw this video on youtube and gave it a try and problem solved!!! Make sure phone is powered off and back on after Google settings have been changed.
