Lost 3G connectionsSupport

    Hi all, it's been 3 days now since my phone (Galaxy S on Vodafone UK) picked up any kind of 3G signal.

    I've removed the battery/sim card etc, but hasn't helped. I've considered restoring the phone to factory settings, but don't want to deal with the hassle of syncing my music / backgrounds / apps / sat nav settings etc if I can help it.

    Has anyone else had similar problems? Or know a solution?

    Have you tried checking the signal strength in your area? There's a possibility the snow we had caused your network some problems: Vodafone UK coverage map. Just type in your postcode.

    Only other alternative is to ring customer services where they'll probably send you new internet settings over SMS and/or arrange for a new SIM card.
