Lost my Phone icon on home screen

Lost my phone icon on the home screen today. It got replaced by the Alarm App. I cannot find it on my apps pages. How do I get it back? Can I even make a call w/o my phone app?

If you are on ICS it should be in all apps right after people.

Thanks, ballroomdru. It was where you said under Apps. Guess I missed it. My homescreen has been changing occasionally without my help. May be the way I connect or disconnect the data/usb cable to the PC, or the boombox w/o being careful of what I touch when handling phone.
Big relief having my phone app back.
