Grrr. So I lost or had my Hero stolen yesterday. I'm eligible for a Sprint 1 yr upgrade on Nov 1 but I kinda need a phone now. When I first spoke with Sprint the lady said they could just upgrade me now but when I logged onto Sprint.com .... no dice. Then I called back and another lady said nope, I had to wait for Nov 1. Does anyone know if there is any way to get them to waive this? It's only two weeks. They keep telling me I'm a premier member and thanking me blah blah blah LOL how about upgrading me?
