Help Loud random harp noise

I have no idea why this is happening. It happens when I'm using it. It happens when I'm not. Last time it happened was around noon and the last time before that may have been days. I have no new updates, my battery is high, and I have only the YouTube app open if any apps. My notifications sounds are completely off. I don't know yet if it happens when it's off, which I doubt it does. The sound is also very loud.

I'm guessing it's a notification sound you are hearing. You might go though your available tones and see if it's in your library. I don't know why you would be hearing it if your notifications are off. Make certain the next time you hear it there isn't a notification on your bar. Pulling it down should reveal it's association.

Could it be that the device is telling you that the battery is completely charged? I mean, do you have it plugged in to either a charger or to a USB port on a computer when this happens?
