Let the reviewers have something else to complain about other than the same design and a flawed camera.

That phone is connected to a charger (look closely at the battery icon, it's on charge). I'm not completely surprised that running benchmarks when charging generates heat.

Since they are linking this to the s810 heating FUD, the following article might be of interest:

Shouldn't a smartphone be smart enough to slow down the charging process if on a charger so it does not overheat while running a benchmark? Or stop accepting a charge all together? Just like a phone automatically shutting down in order to save itself from overheating.

As the entire 810 overheating thing is a completely fabricated myth, debunked repeatedly, let's not waste any more time on it, despite what Samsung desires.

The LG reference came from Anandtech, who said that that phone couldn't be assessed after sitting under hot lights and they couldn't trust benchmarks at a show, not surprised that its screen got hot. That's turned into more of the unwashed folklore that Anandtech said that the 810 overheated - and they never said that.

Perhaps the people at AnTuTu would do well to note that there's a time and place for running benchmarks, other than to get into the news.
