Help Magic Newbie Apps Questions

Hey guys,
I have a few questions around apps available, i have done some searching but would like to get your views on whats best

1. App to recieve emails from an exchange server
2. Free app for Sat Nav
3. I'm having trouble playing MP4's, which app do you reccomend?
4. Music apps, something like whats on the iPod a apps which allows me to play music from a certain artists, genre etc
5. A decent browser app for the memory card
6. Decent phone book apps, the standard one is a bit flakey

For SDCard browser/file manager try Astro or Linda,
