Help Manual Droid Update Fails (Status 7)! any ideas?

Just flashed my phone back to 2.0 and want to get back to 2.2 so I can reroot and apply my backed up rom.

I downloaded a 2.01 zip, renamed, rebooted etc. When I select apply sd card update.zip it begins to run then gives me
