Help Manual Update to froyo (FRF85)

I was able to run a manual update on my old Nexus. I recently had to do a warranty exchange for a new Nexus (no microphone is an issue) and now when I try to run the same update process, it stalls in the bootloader with the Android and exclamation point triangle. I have tried about 20 times pressing the volume up and power button with no response. Any ideas?

Just have to keep trying. It's tricky and can take multiple times. Try changing the timing on when you press them.

It sucks, but really the only way.
