Market refunds problems..

    I am having a problem, I noticed when I purchase an app and refund because of various reasons, the order shows canceled in my Google account and I get an email stating that I have not been charged but it shows the charge on my bank account and I never get the refund. Anyone else ever notice this? How can I get my money back?

    If they charged your account, they should refund it back within 2-3 days. If not, good luck getting any help from google. I spent hours trying to get help, and they basically told me they cant help me.

    I've always thought if you refunded within 24 hours you wouldn't even be charged. Is that not the case?

    Thats what I thought too, but its always possible they can charge your card when you purchase it.

    Then what's the point of having a refund button if they don't honor it?
    I went back through all of the times I've refunded and noticed that I've always been charged but never refunded.

    I guess this is yet another reason why PayPal support in the market will be an improvement over Google market (assuming it ever gets implemented).

    Hate to say it, but this is why I use "other means" of testing an app. If it's worth it I will buy it. If not, it gets trashed and I am happy I never spent the money.

    Yeah but some apps, you can't find" other ways" to try them out..
