OK, got my Dock in the Mail today :)

    The instructions are totally useless....

First problem is that when I hit the picture button I only get 1 picture?? I touch the screen and it does not even show arrows to scroll?? I actually thought it would do a little slide show when you hit the picture button??? When I hit the menu button all I get is the "share" option....

Also my hard case I got from Verizon does not fit in the dock unless you take the back off. I have been reading posts that other people have the same problem :( Just gonna be a pain taking the back off every night!

Then I gotta figure out the brightness issues it seems most are having...

But I can't figure out what use the picture button is if it only shows 1 pic??? I must be doing something wrong...........

Click the settings button while the pic is up and click More then you can set your choices.

For brightness check out the Power Settings widget that let's you toggle between three levels of brightness.

BTW....funny thing I noticed is that the 4 buttons go out when I put the lights on in the Room??
When the lights in the room are shut the 4 lights come back on?? What the heck I would rather it be opposite so I don't have to look at the bright buttons all night...

WOW Sometimes I impress myself [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
Uninstalling ASTRO worked, the slideshow works fine now!!!
Now I have to figure out why ASTRO screws it up?? Could it be nobody else w/ ASTRO has tried the slideshow??
Or maybe at some point ASTRO asked to be default for picture views?? I don't remember that, but could be possible???????

Might be time for a new file manager, any suggestions??
Now off to the brightness issues.........

    Thanks

WOW, I have astro file manager installed, but every MMS pic I click on asks if i want the builtin or astro installed.

I'm not liking this. I thought astro was just a basic file browser... hmmm.

I'll play more and decide if I want to trash astro tomorrow!

    OK....
After the uninstall verified slideshow worked fine, I tried re-installing ASTRO.

I the ran a slide show and I was prompted with a choice to use ASTRO or Use "Camera View" (the stk app).

There was also a "use as default" check box.
I then checked the use as default box, and picked "Camera View"

Sure enough SlideShow still works perfectly.
So I guess ASTRO is OK after all :)

Thanks to all for the effort!!!!
