Media through Bluetooth earpiece?

I can't seem to get a straight answer on this, but I'm looking for a bluetooth ear piece (not headphones) that also plays media. The idea being I want to keep the sound up on my phone for music, videos etc without desturbing my coworkers or those around me. I would use my headphones but for whatever reason its not socially acceptable to wear them while a bluetooth piece is fine. Also its harder to hear others with both ears covered

Plus I could also pretend to be Ender talking to Jane

in my old phone a sony walkman i could play mp3's with my bluetooth and i cant with my htv evo..
