Help Memory card formatting - small or large unit size?

So the other day I reformatted my Patriot XT 32GB memory stick using a 64kb unit size (instead of the default 4kb) and noticed a pretty big jump in read/write speed while copying large mkv/mp4 movies to and from it. I can write 3GB to it in under a minute. That's insane... Anyway...

Just thought I'd throw it out there that if you're seeing lag issues with your memory card in your phone, try a reformat and bumping up the unit (cluster) size. The tradeoff is that you get slightly less efficient use of space with a larger cluster size, BUT if like me, all you're storing on it are large files, it's a non-issue.
