Hi folks - android newbie here so please bear with me if this is posted in the wrong forum, or has already been answered...not too savy with the new phone technology...
Anyway, the wifey is having issues with her Samsung Mesmerize phone. she says:
"Android Keyboard quits working...I just either turn off, leave alone or take battery out depends on which one will work. Lately, when I try to get out of one of my games the screen will just go white...if I wait then it will come back to normal. Just minor inconveniences which do not happen all the time or at the right time..."
How do we fix this? do we need to take the phone back? I know we had the phone updated to the 2.2 version just a few months ago.
