Help Message keeps popping up "Sorry, Application Google services framework" has stopped working

Hi, I just bought a HTC Incredible and this message keeps popping up that says, "Sorry, Application Google services framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". Not sure why I keep getting this. Anyone know? Thanks in advance!

i have the same message on my Evo Shift and it started after the first few days of operation. Sprint is cluless to what or how to fix it. The retail store told me 4 to 5 hours to "scan" the phone on their pc, again this is a new phone Sprint...
also my contacts do not link when i click the link function.
