Help "Message not downloaded - Transient failure." CAN'T VIEW MMS!

Whenever people send me a picture via MMS, I get a notification at the top saying "Message not downloaded - Transient failure". This has been happening ever since I got my phone. Only once have I somehow seen the picture show up. Usually, it just keeps giving me this message over and over. I have also tried to update the phone profile and that did not fix it either

Anyone? This is so unacceptable...

argh, this has happened to me too, except its when I tried to sent someone a business card. erijacob, how did you get it to stop sending that error message?
