message notification number in dock above icon

I want to switch to either Nova or Apex in my Nexus as arguably ibhave read they are some of the best with ICS

I like the Notifier number above the message icon. But I like a few things about Nova and it as well as the regular launcher do not have that Number Notifier

Is there an app that does that. I tried the first three and they don't do that. Yes in the notification bar but not on the dock

Also I like the speech/voice button that Nova has. I know it is on the 'persistent search bar's but is a single button or app available. I believe Vlingo is the best but with the changes Android made I don't think its as good
