message problems

Hi there, I had a quick look through the threads but couldn't find my problem

Basically my phone won't tell me when a text comes through.....it will be fine play the message tone and put the envolope in the bar at the top. All my settings are right, and it doesn't happen all the time, it tends to be part way through a conversation

Any ideas or do you think ill have to phone Orange

Its a problem with the recent update that came out.

Solution is to use a third party messaging app, which gives you all new notifications, or wait for the update to fix the update
