Help Messed up big time, bricked phone in recovery mode-clearing cache

I'm on a Rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Sprint model with Lolipop version 5.

So I went into Recover Mode & selected the wipe cache option, after spending several hours reading older posts here about how this is a good thing & is just spring cleaning & will do no harm to your phone & might even speed up your phone.

I selected it & then I selected reboot & then promptly got an error message on the dead droid icon & then this message :

"Process system isn't responding
do you want to close it?"

THEN I get several more pop ups
unfortunately, MTP app stopped

unfortunately, Media Storage has stopped

unfortunately, Settings has stopped

unfortunately, Security log agent stopped

unfortunately, Touchwiz home has stopped

unfortunately, Google play services has stopped

I get those messages over & over again, can't log in at all.
How screwed am I?
How can I fix it without doing a factory reset again?

EDIT

in the recovery menu I have these options now

reboot system now
apply update from adb
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from cache

at the bottom is

# manual mode #
-- applying multi-csc..
applied the csc-code: spr
Successfully applied multi-csc.
What do I do?

Well, your not screwed, if anything go to sammobile.com and download your correct firmware, then pop it into odin (I assume you know what odin is and have the USB drivers installed on your PC) then boot into download mode, I think is volume down and home button while powering on. Once in that you can flash back to the stock firmware.
