Help MetroPCS voicemail needs improvement

MetroPCS's voice mail gives messages due for deletion first. Is there any way to have Metro's voice mail give the NEW messages first? Don't want to hear messages due for deletion until AFTER the new messages are heard.

Can one at least skip ahead to new messages, bypassing ALL the saved messages?

Turns out you CAN make the newest messages play first! It's a menu option, None of the store reps knew this.
