Help Micro SD card does weird...

Hey,

I don't know if you could help me but I've a problem...

I've a Micro SDHC card of 8GB for a week right now.

But yesterday I wanted to make some pictures. ->it didn't save the pics.

Then I wanted to delete some files.
Delete-> Files are away-> Few seconds later, the files were back. HUH!??

Used bluetooth to get a file from friend -> received it says on the phone -> open file (music)-> music player opens and then freezes. (and again after few seconds the file(music) is gone?!)

My card is a Sandisk 8GB Class 4 Micro SDHC.

Then turned on PC. Do the micro sd card in a USB Sandisk cardreader(which supports M2 and Micro sdhc)-> put in pc ->put some files on it.-> took out usb reader.
Then forgot to copy some other files. Put back in the pc. And i saw that the files i had already copied were gone!

There were still files on the SD before the SDcard acted weird.
These were undeletable!?!?!

I copied files of phone to the pc. (no problem here)
I tried to format the SD card. -> and shows this :Kan het formatteren niet voltooien.(dutch) -> which means -Couldn't finish formatting.

So the things that DON'T work:
-Copying or doing stuff(files) on the SD
-Deleting files
-Formatting the SD card

It looks like that the MICRO SDHC card is write protected?!!!?
Could this be true?
If yes, where is the lock and how to unlock it.

NOTE: THIS IS A MICRO SD card, a normal sd card has a lockswitch on its side.
