Right, here's the situation. The supplied card with my Nexus one works fine. I ordered a 16gb class 6 card from ebay (second hand) and it works fine in my Win 7 64bit PC. I formatted it to FAT32 using both the inbuilt Windows formatter and a standalone application. Nothing I do seems to allow the card to be read by the Nexus. I get the "Blank card or unsupported file format" error.

I have Google'd the issue, but most people have the issue of broken cards, which this one isn't as my PC will see it.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Why don't you format it IN your Nexus One?

Tried it, it just hangs. Seems like it knows there is a card but cannot interact with it.
