Root Milestone Nandroid Backups

    Seeing as though the only way that we can flash custom roms on the milestone is via nandroid backups, isn't there a way to get someone using a motorola droid to make a nandroid backup and then flash it onto our milestones?

    You cannot do that. Do it and your phone is bricked.

    No, you need different radio files, and bunch of other things. The closest thing to a Droid we can get is MotoFrenzy by dexter.

    Bricked means you put a different firmware version on the device then it supports and will not boot into the GUI.

    In other words it means you better have a backed up copy of whatever your flashing!
