Help Missed Call app

My only problem with the incredible, is a kinda big one. My old phone would vibrate or chirp until I acknowledged a missed call or text. I can not make the incredible do this. I downloaded a missed call app and either it doesn't work with the incredible or I am doing something wrong.

Does anyone have this working or can give me any ideas?

Open Missed Call App
Press Call Service > General Settings > Missed Call Tab (on top of screen)

Enable Notifications and enable repeating. Select your repeat pattern.

That's exactly what I have and it still doesn't work. Must be missing something.

Make sure you turned off notifications in the stock application.
