You should upgrade to icarus 1.1, as it sounds like the MMS patch is included.

I've downloaded Icarus 1.1 and the mms i working great with no issues so far

Same here havn't had an issue yet as of right now what so ever but from there its very fast and works great.

1.1 is a bug fixed, improved version of 1.0.

Don't worry though, you very rarely need to do a factory reset when moving to a new version of the same custom rom.

You just do a backup of your current rom, wipe the dalvik cache, flash the .zip and you're done; none of your data has been lost and it's a 5 minute job.

It's literally the same process as flashing a mms fix.zip, except you get a better rom out of it
