Help Mms retrieving not allowed

hello,
for a few days have problem to receive and send mms ( picture ) massages .
text , internet , android dawnloads are working fine .
when i try to received mms , got masage
anonymous : retrieving not allowed
any help?
im on 10$ plan with settings on internet2.voicestreem,com

Interesting- I've had the same issue for over a week now as well except for I haven't received that message. I can send mms to some people fine but not others. Sometimes my browser doesn't load either. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Try editing your MMS settings. Go to phone settings\Mobile Networks\Access Point names. Then change to these settings:

MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS port: 8080

Now I gotta figure out how to get my browser to work
