Help Mobile Hotspot Password is Invalid

Trying to use the Mobile Hotspot for the first time today on my S4, I found that there is not option to set the passphrase. Instead, a default one is displayed.

The passphrase, however, is seven characters - three lowercase letters and four numerals. Windows doesn't accept passphrases of less than eight characters, so I cannot connect to the hotspot.

Can someone recommend a fix or workaraound?
