    Hi,

I've been trying to use yamgo.mobi I can login but I can't seem to view BBC or ITV (need it for the World cup!!). Has anyone got this site to work or are there any alternatives? Waiting for Tvcatchup to get android working but not sure if it will be done for Friday.

    Any ideas?

I just checked and it working fine for me mate. Have you tried using streaming media player? I find the best browser to use is Dolphin or the default browser. I always have a great picture when I use Wi-Fi connection. I've got BBc1 on now so it's definitely working!!

I'm just trying this from home now, I can login but I can't see any of the UK channels, only Guitar TV and something else. Where have the UK channels gone?

Tvcatchup is on public beta now. Seemed to work ok for me on 3g but over wifi it was very stuttery. The low quality setting was pointless too as its so low its not watchable. Still, its only a beta and they recognise the problems and working on them apparently.

Another note: Yamgo and TVCatchup both fail if you're on Vodafone and you're trying to watch over 3G/3.5G. Seems like they have some sort of block instituted on it...

Works like a charm over WiFi though

For those that mised getting their hands on Beebplayer there is now another bbc iplayer app on the market called MyPlayer.

Seems to be a bit smoother graphically than beebplayer was. Dont know how ling it will be there for until the BBC ask for it to be pulled though.
