More languages in language and keyboard sttings

I have recently bought HTC Desire S with HTC sense. There are preinstalled application like amazon mp3 which are not running without languages English (UK) or English (US) while locale language is limited to Netherlands or Luxembourg English. Can anyone advise how to get system languages added without installing a 3rd party application and relying on HTC procedure or HTC locale plugin to extend languages.
