Yesterday I noticed that my screen displayed that I had "No Service". The phone had full power and was working fine the previous day. I took it to the Verizon store where they verified my account status and checked to see if there were any network issues, which there were not. They reset the phone to factory settings and also used a "sweeper" to clean the phone. Now, the network doesn't even recognize the phone. I'm told my only option is to replace the phone which, of course, is out of warranty. Any suggestions???
