Is there any non photoshop apps out there to make a wallpaper?

ok, this is probably a stupid question, but how do I upload the image to my phone?

anyone know the pixel height of the status banner bar at the top of the screen and does anyone know the pixel size and location of the app pull tab at the bottom of the screen? It would help if you want to avoid having them cover part of a wallpaper you may create.

I am new to photoshop. How do I use / install Neightron's file so that I can create wallpapers? I assume I am uploading that file, somehow, to photoshop?

This is a great file! But...please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have an image fit perfectly to the attached file. I rename, ship it off and Droid makes me resize a much smaller portion than the image when I hit 'Set As'. Why can't I use the image as shipped?

Hi,

I have an Electrify and am unable to take a photo/image and create a wallpaper with it. Each time I try it blows up the picture so badly it is horrible. In addition the ability to only pick a small portion of the picture makes it doubly difficult. I've seen some other posts in the Photon section suggesting some apps to try. Has anyone tried them or does anyone have another suggestion?
